At Eagan Dental Care, we are willing to take the time to answer any questions you may have regarding what your insurance will cover and how to file a claim. We ask that you bring your current insurance card and photo ID with you every time you come to our office.
Call the “800” number on the back of your card and ask for provider information to see if Eagan Dental Care is listed as a plan provider for your insurance. And remember, even though we are not listed as an in-network provider for your plan, your insurance company may still pay us for your dental care, sometimes even at the same rate they would pay if we were in-network.
We offer a special discount for uninsured individuals: 5% off for those aged 54 and under, and 10% off for those aged 55+. Call to discuss details.
